A. J. Kazimi is the founder and CEO of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals and its subsidiary, Cumberland Emerging Technologies. He was formerly President and COO of Therapeutic Antibodies Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, where he oversaw operations in three countries. There he closed more than $30 million in product agreements and steered the company through over $100 million in debt and equity financings. Mr. Kazimi serves the industry through positions on the Board of Directors for Aegis Sciences Corporation, a federally certified forensic toxicology laboratory; the Tennessee Biotechnology Association; and Aetos Technologies Inc., a technology development company associated with Auburn University.

Thomas R. Lawrence brings a broad range of financial experience to the Company. Mr. Lawrence is currently Chairman of Aetos Technologies Inc., a corporation formed by Auburn University to market technological breakthroughs by its faculty. He previously served as co-founder and Managing Partner of Delta Capital Partners, LLC in Memphis. Prior to the formation of Delta, Mr. Lawrence founded several companies in the areas of commercial leasing and venture capital financing. As Institutional Sales Representative and Commercial Leasing Specialist with the Investment Banking Group of Union Planters Bank in Memphis, he was responsible for the structure and sale of over $1 billion in securities.

Dr. Robert G. Edwards brings extensive medical, business and international experience to the Company, coordinating International Business Development activities. Previously he was Chairman and Managing Director of Therapeutic Antibodies Inc.'s Australasian subsidiary, overseeing operations in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Dr. Edwards' distinguished career includes having served as Deputy Director of the Institute for Medical & Veterinary Science in South Australia, President of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia, and member of the Australian National Health & Medical Research Council.

Dr. Lawrence W. Greer is Senior Managing Partner of Greer Capital Advisors of Birmingham, Alabama. Greer Capital serves as investment advisor and general partner to three private equity funds, including the S.C.O.U.T. Healthcare Fund from which Cumberland Pharmaceuticals has received financing. Previously he served as VP of Investments at Dunn Investment Company, where he was responsible for management of a marketable securities portfolio, plus personal management of a portfolio of as many as 15 private equity investments. He is the former Chairman of Southern BioSystems, Inc., which was acquired by DURECT Corporation in 2001. Dr. Greer has also worked as an independent consultant in healthcare administration and finance.

Martin E. Cearnal is Chief Strategy Officer for Thomson Medical Education, the largest medical education group worldwide. He joined Physicians World in 1985, where he served as President and CEO of the company until it was acquired by Thomson in 2000. Following the acquisition, he acted as President and CEO of Thomson Physicians World. Mr. Cearnal has been involved with the launches of such noteworthy pharmaceutical products as Lipitor®, Actos®, Intron-A®, Straterra®, Botox® and Humira®. Prior to 1985, Mr. Cearnal spent 17 years at Revlon Healthcare in a variety of domestic and international pharmaceutical marketing roles.
