Cardinal Health, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of pharmaceuticals, surgical and hospital supplies, and health and beauty aids to retail drug stores, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Cardinal is also a leading healthcare industry provider of strategic distribution, account management, e-commerce, and supply-chain services. Cardinal provides sales force support for Cumberland Pharmaceuticals' product line and serves as the U.S. distribution partner for Cumberland.

Mayne Group Limited (formerly F.H. Faulding & Co. Limited) is a global health and personal care company that is publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Mayne is a manufacturing and Australasian distribution partner for Cumberland Pharmaceuticals.

Bioniche Life Sciences' pharmaceutical division, Bioniche Pharma, develops, manufactures and markets proprietary products for human and animal health markets worldwide. Bioniche, a leading Canadian biopharmaceutical company, is a manufacturing and Canadian distribution partner for Cumberland.
